HOW TO SHOP
We have created a virtual space so the shopping you experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible. Our online store space is designed with your convenience in mind, so we have included filters that enable you to shop by type, price and medium
Use all the features and links to help you find what you are looking for.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your click BUY button underneath each artwork
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING CART link at the top of the page (main menu). You can use the „REMOVE“ button to delete items from your SHOPPING CART.
Click on CONTINUE to complete your order.
When you check out for the first time you may create a password-protected account with us, where we will save your name and billing address for the next time you shop with the BUY ART ONLINE store. If you would like to change your details, you are free to do so any time in the YOUR ACCOUNT section, which is also home to your WISHLIST and where you can track the status of your orders, or your shopping history.
If you have forgotten your password, click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? button on the REGISTER | LOG IN page. For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
CHANGE OF EXISTING ORDER
We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. In case you have changed your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact us via email@example.com as soon as possible, who will be happy to help you.
If your order has already been dispatched from our e-shop before you were able to cancel or change it, please, simply return it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Currently we are selling and shipping to 48 countries of the world on a DDP (Delivery Duty paid) basis. The list of these countries please find below in the section POSTAGE and TRANSPORT. It means that the price of the garment as it appears on the screen is a final price to be paid by the customer.
TAXES & DUTIES
We take care of all the customs procedures, customs fees, customs duties and VAT or sales or consumption taxes of the countries of destination. And also of the delivery and delivery transport costs.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes typically a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our e-shop. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to max 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
